O objetivo geral do Festival \u00e9 promover, valorizar e divulgar a gastronomia da cidade, representando uma oportunidade de oferecer ao p\u00fablico a degusta\u00e7\u00e3o de pratos especiais elaborados com a Truta e, assim, representar e evidenciar a especialidade do estabelecimento participante. Trata-se de um concurso entre estabelecimentos; buscando criar interatividade, sinergia e lucratividade para todos, n\u00e3o s\u00f3 do ponto de vista econ\u00f4mico, mas social, cultural e tur\u00edstico, oportunizando mais uma forma de desenvolvimento sustent\u00e1vel para a cidade.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ser\u00e3o doze participantes do Festival dentre eles bares, restaurantes, lanchonetes e similares:<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1. MANDALA CAF\u00c9<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">7. RESTAURANTE POUSADA LAGO DOS SONHOS<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">8.
